Refund Policy
Overview
Free Sanitary Co provides sanitary products free of charge to partner organisations. Payments taken from brands/companies are only refundable within 24 hours of payment.
Damage & Faulty Products
If any products arrive damaged or unusable, we will replace them free of charge. Organisations must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos where possible.
Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive the wrong products or quantities, we will correct the order and arrange a replacement delivery at no cost.
